Wat hij uit wil beelden zijn gedachten uit een ver en licht verleden. Het licht is hierbij een belangrijk facet, het geeft samen met het onderwerp een vervreemdend en intrigerend effect. De schilderijen geven ook een duidelijk gevoel van vernieuwing en hoop op een betere toekomst.
Duidelijk te zien in zijn schilderijen is de zuiverheid. Door het gebruik van tere kleuren en lichtval krijgt het werk een stille kracht. Vol verwachting en altijd vertrouwend op een nieuw

What he wants to expres are thoughts from a far and light past, images of beauty and greatness.
